  I've been coming here for 5 or 6 years...It was once implied by a staff member that I had taken a little book describing the various teas they have which I found odd and rude of course, that was two years ago, since then no issues..they just recently got in a new manager I think a short dark haired woman who I find quite militant in her behavior and makes me uncomfortable ..in general I am used to being asked 'IF' i would like anything to eat but more recently she has taken to saying in a commanding tone "and what will you be eating today?" I honestly feel as though this pursuasive behavior isn't in keeping with the way Starbucks is generally run in other areas of the city...If I come for a coffee that's my choice..if I choose to eat I will take you up on that request, but not on what sounds like a demand...it is first and foremost a coffee shop after all. With that said..in general it has a good atmosphere and the coffee is usually pretty good and there's a great outdoor patio I enjoy drawing on..quiet, relaxed and friendly staff apart from the above mentioned.
