  Easily the best superstore we've been at. Its clean, and not very crowed compared to the other ones we used to go too. This could be because most people have no idea its here. Sometimes they are out of a particular veggie. However produce has never been a problem (over stores stuff goes moldy right away) so its the price to pay for having fresh stuff.
  Like all grocery stores its hard to find people "grocery" staff to help you find things. And the cashiers put your orders though very quickly, but they are given quotas so we can't blame them for doing their job. Staff we've seen are always friendly. And having all/most of the cashier stations open on weekends is a nice touch.

  It was good. I went there because my colleague described it as not busy and not crowded. Even if it is 15 minutes away from my place I went there rather than the one that is closer. And it's true, I can go shopping without bumping to anyone. I spent about $350 but the cashier never told me about the free stuff. Good thing I remembered my friend told me she got a free poinsettia plant after spending $250 on groceries at Superstore. So after I paid the amount I asked her if I will be getting any free stuff, so that is the only time she mentioned to me that I can have a free turkey. And she was not clear on her instructions as to how and where to get it. Whether or not I am a first time shopper of the store, I expect cashiers or Store associate to give proper instructions.

  Tried to call in to see if they had a product available. It was almost like that's never happened before, because there was confusion, but customer service wouldn't check a product number for me and wanted to transfer me to the dept. manager? Then I was put on hold and....hung up on. Yeah. Avoid this location.

  We drive further to this Superstore because it's clean and well managed. On the weekends they have all the tills open so there's no waiting.

  Good prices, opens all lanes during the day on weekends, but closes self checkout before the store closes.
