  Usually well stocked. Great for hot drinks in winter and cold drinks in the summer. Staff are fast and friendly while managing to fulfill in store and drive-thru orders.

  Hi all! I've been saddened to see some unfortunate experiences! My name is Patrick. I am the new Store Manager at Upper Windermere Starbucks. I recently took over in October! Please come in and say hi! And to those that have had a not so pleasant experience, no matter how long ago please allow me to make it better!   Patrick is amazing!!! He is the store manager @ Upper Windermere. I wish I could give this more than 5 stars! He was not only helpful and accommodating but went above and beyond to serve my needs. I work across the street and always receive great service from him and his staff. Thanks to Patrick for arranging an awesome wedding present for me, sure made my day. Just another reason to love Starbucks!

  I work near this location and been in a few times now around 4-5 pm and just about every time they tell me they are no longer serving dark roast? Wouldn't this be like MacDonalds saying they are no longer serving fries for the rest of day. I do know that Tim Hortons always makes what I ask. This just does not make sense to me
