  I have been in this place several times always my experience was normal but last 2 times it was terrible. first one is when I asked cashier if i can get medium sized classic creations with m&m and kit half half and she yes but when i started to eat it it was only m$m. second time is today i ordered cotton candy with half and half with m&m. cashier said it will cost etc like if i had no money on me or i said something like i only have this much before placing order. because she said about money, I asked im not getting anything etc you are just going to substitute some quantity of M&M for cotton candy why it would get expensive if all is gonna fit in same size then server replied me "it is our policy i only work here", which was kind of rude and i felt bad in front of customers that were standing behind me in queue. She could have said something like it automatically charges when she enters it in computer and she has no control over it or anything like m&m costs more than cotton candy for same quantity etc.

  Went here for a quick bite, got exactly that. Nothing fancy, your average fast food place ran by young kids.

  Horrible , the manager is so rude , and barely speaks English . When you ask for something in your order and she forgets or it's not how you asked she likes to embarrass customers claiming they're wrong . Even saw her yell at one of her employees for not moping correctly and the girl started crying . I am writing this right now though because I bought a drink earlier in the day and I work close to the location and I went in to get a refill and in front of other customers she confronted me loud enough for it to be embarrassing and asked if I like stealing their pop . That's the worst customer service ever . Unacceptable.
