  Friendly service, good food (we had the Soprano bread, chicken alfrefo, and a pepperoni pizza). My only complaint was the long wait to be seated, when there was plenty of seating in the dining room it took the hostess 15 minutes to seat us. Drink refills were slow as well. Are server WAS friendly though, and our meal was fresh and tasty. Thank you!

  From the moment we entered, it felt like home. With dim lights and truly authentic Italian feel, the restaurant itself is a little hidden gem. We didn't have a reservation (on a Friday night!) and they were clearly very busy but still accommodated us with a smile. Our server was always there to refill drinks promptly and the food was simply amazing. Tiramisu is to die for and the atmosphere is one of love and laughter. Very impressed, we will be making this our regular date night spot.

  Slow neglectful service, overpriced food. When staff were confronted for there lackluster performance instead of offering to remedy the problem by adjusting my bill or offering a complimentary food item, I was instead given excuses such as the food is prepared fresh. The restaurant was not busy at the time, but I did acknowledge there were a few parties in front of me to the waitress before stating my complaint. Food was edible but not great and all the staff seemed to have a holier than though attitude. If ticket times are going to exceed forty five minutes do some expectation management with your clients. Don't walk around being a snob acting like you are doing somebody a favor for eating at your subpar restaurant. First negative review I have written about a restaurant. First and last time at this "establishment".
