  My boyfriend and I went to this location hoping to order the wing Wednesday special for pick up to take home. We were told that special was not available for take out and had to be ordered while dining in. This was fine and we decided to stay in and we ended up ordering a rib meal as well as alcoholic beverages. The service was great (other then the wings coming out before drinks and yet they were cold) up until the server asked if we would like our wings packed up. She went to the back and returned saying they are not allowed to let us leave with the wings as they are on special. I then asked to speak with the manager and she said it's a policy and if they break it for us and they will have to for everyone. I then asked to speak to her manager and she said she would provide me a number. We waited for a period of time and paid the bill and she never returned and just hid in the back.
  My frustration is that in the customer service industry the customer is always right and not allowing me to leave with the food I paid for is appalling. I ended up wrapping the wings in a napkin and walked out.
  I had asked the manager if following this policy is worth pissing off a customer.
  You have now lost me and my friends and family that all live in the area.
  Hope it was worth following your policy.

  Not bad. Had the calamari to start was so so. Riblings with the Carolina honey sauce...mmm so delish. Cozy atmosphere. Quick Service.

  I understand that it is BBQ, but I did not order my full slab of baby back ribs extra crispy. $27.50 for a full slab of ribs where 5/8 of it is burnt, where all I could taste was char, did not leave a favorable taste in my mouth. The waitress/bartender did not give good service, maybe fair at best. She was just going though the motions. This is the 2nd time I have tried Tony Roma's, both times where poor to fair. It is apparent that Tony Roma's does not care enough to give good food for the high price point they charge. Best Ribs in America my ass, more like the worst. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else folks. This business does not appreciate it or respect you as a paying customer.

  5 minutes to close (8:55 pm) I arrived at the front of the restaurant there is a sign asking you to wait to be seated. I waited 3 or 4 minutes and nobody even acknowledged me. I then went in and saw the bartender who refused to server me as it was too late. I then asked for a take out order and she wouldn't even do that even though there was 8 tables full of people still in the restaurant. I won't be coming back
