  Last night, I've had my worst pizza dining experience ever. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger pizza, with a cheese dip and bluecheese dip. What I got was a cheese that did not taste like cheese, the blue cheese dip was missing, and the bacon cheeseburger pizza that was the most disgusting pizza I have ever had. It did not look or taste like a bacon cheeseburger pizza. I've had better pizza at other pizza places. I only had 2 piece of that pizza, I vomited up the pizza and I throw out the rest of the pizza in to the garbage can. I wasted $20 something dollars on this whole experience. And I had to go somewhere else in order to have dinner. And when I called the store, the manager was uncaring, and I got a pathetic excuse for a I'm sorry, and the manager said, the they could only offer a 10 % off my next pizza. Why would I want to go back to a place like theirs, to experience a second disappointment. I called the head officer of Papa Johns pizza and filed a complaint, they took the complaint and told me that it is up to the pizza store, to fix things. I warn everyone who loves pizza, to stay clear from Papa Johns, they will give you disgusting pizza and rip you off.

  I phoned this location for a pick up order. It was directed to the call centre. The woman took my info, and said the order would be ready in 20 min. I arrived 15 min later, and the location had not received the order. I left in a rage. 5 min later as I was standing in line at another restaurant, I received a call saying that my order had been received - do I still want it. A call to the manager was less than useless. I was offered 15% off my next order. There will never be another order.

  Tuan got the pizza here 15 min. after I ordered it... great customer service...awesome pizza... but the debit machine wouldn't let me leave a tip...I felt terrible...so I called the call center they contacted Bonnie Doon Papa Johns and I explained to the owner what happened...I was going to leave the 7 dollar tip by credit card but the owner said that he would give Tuan the seven dollar tip himself and that I could pay the tip on my next order...how nice is that... this goes beyond a kind gesture... Papa John's Pizza has a new life long patron in me... Thanks to the owner and thanks to Tuan for understanding that I didn't not leave a tip on purpose... good people...great service...happy girl here...☺☺
