  Salads are great as always but the service here is absolute crap. I was ignored at the till, not greeted, no smile, almost like I was interrupting them.
  
  All young people with no interest in serving me. When my order was ready, the girl whispered my order number and walked away. I couldn't even hear them with no one else in the store. Total garbage.
  
  I hope the manager reads this. Your staff are going to kill your business with these type of attitudes. The gateway store has always been good when I visit. This store is simply awful for customer service although it is beautiful inside and in a prime location.
  
  Once again, to the manager/owner, you're putting your money in the hands of these moody children running the store when you're not around. I wouldn't trust my investment with people like this....

  I have specifically kept track and only 1/10 times have they ever had prawn salad rolls. They say they sell out usually at lunch time and it takes too long to make them. Seems strange to have a menu item that's never available. My friend has also experienced the exact same thing.

  Good healthy food options if that's what your looking for. Have the southwest chicken salad which was quite good. It's a little more pricy than other similar restaurants but I believe that's partly due to highly quality ingredients.

  I am not a picky person, but this location has gotten my order wrong the 3 consecutive times I've gone here. The Chopped Leaf food is good, but only when it's made right! The staff seem friendly but it doesn't seem that they care to get the order right. The first time, they forgot the prawns in my salad. This is understandable, mistakes happen. The second time, they forgot the dried cranberries. Again, not a deal breaker. The third time, I ordered a to go salad and they forgot the salad dressing entirely. I always get the Signature Salad, it's not difficult to make, even I know what goes in it! I am not trying to be a difficult customer, but the least I expect is my order to have the 7 some ingredients listed on the menu. These are, after all, suppose to be "chef creations" right?
