  Fairly clean. Helpful staff. Too warm inside our room ? If thermostat working correctly, other then that it was reasonable. Very close to west Edmonton mall.

  rooms are small, especially the bathroom, you barely have enough room to sit on the toilet. the rooms are old and have a musty smell, with a 70's look to them. Very outdated. Not worth the price you pay to stay there. (it was $20 cheaper to stay across the road at the travelodge) Staff wasn't the best to deal with and what sucked was there is no coffee in the rooms; you have to walk across the parking lot to the office first thing in the morning if you want coffee, but probably better off to go to timmies or mcdonalds down the street for that. I will never stay at this place again. the only thing good about this place is the location of it.

  I stay here when I am in Edmonton every single time. I love this place. It's quiet and low key. I also have a place to park my truck and trailer there.
  I love the chit-chat with the staff. Super nice clean. Great rates!

  I guess my wife and I should have read these reviews and saved ourselves $200. The big signs are still there in the lobby 15 minutes to check room before committing to staying there. The fine print will catch you when you book online with this place. The guy had us sign and pay before we looked at the room and decide within 5 minutes to stay at the Best Western Plus next door for a cheaper rate that included a safe, clean room with breakfast included. This doesn't deserve a star rating but in order to post it one had to be selected. Live and Learn.
