  7.10pm, very few customers, place was grubby. Garbage was full, tables not cleaned, condiment area was filthy - one ketchup empty & mess over counter area.
  Friends of the staff were getting great service, regular customers not so much. At least 5 minutes waiting at counter to be acknowledged. I repeat we were one two other customers that were not friends of the staff. If there was a manager on it wasn't very obvious.
  This used to be a well run place - what happened?

  Was enjoying the friendly service however the more I started to frequent the more the service slid. Yesterday they gave me a diet coke. Today a coffee that tasted like soap. And last week a half diet half regular coke. To bad was decent. Probably never return after soap coffee.

  They never make the grill burgers correct. So sick of paying for mcchicken to be added getting the sticker on the paper saying mcchicken sauce is on the burger and then there's NO mcchicken sauce on my burger. You stole my money from me, yeah it's only .40 each time but it adds up.
  Can't call and speak with a manager because their phone is always busy.

  Food is getting better. 'taste' more fresh but they still always get our orders wrong.
