  Decent restaurant, but had some issues with service here last time we came here. Food was ok, which is nice when you're expecting consistency in a restaruant chain.

  Seated quickly, was attended to promptly by someone who needs to work on his service manners but was fine with no personality. Ordered wings which were $14 for 8 wings, 2 small carrots, 3 skinny celery sticks and a sprinkle of coleslaw greens??!! They served us double fried chicken wings that tasted old. Also ordered the onion loaf which was very good. The beer was cold and the service was prompt but this location is not worth the money. Too bad because Tony romas used to be good, still great for wings in Winnipeg.

  To start things off, this place looks disgusting. Carpet is dirty and tearing apart, walls are dirty, tables look grungy.. The staff are all immature children which is quite weird when this restaurant is aiming for a "prestigious" status. I got a salad that came with 3 tiny pizza shaped slices of cheese quesadilla. For $24 I got a small plate of romaine lettuce and a cold cheese quesadilla that was equal to something no one feed their animal. I can easily say I have NEVER been more disappointed from a restaurant in my life, and I have been to ALOT.
  
  This franchise is a joke and they just need to be boycotted.

  45 minutes from sitting down to finishing our drink order. We just paid our bill and went somewhere else. The place was maybe 50% full. If your going to charge for upscale food, staff accordingly. Server was friendly but clearly overworked. Unfortunate.
