  Service is very slow. Went with 3 co-workers and waited almost 30 minutes for food. We watched the food sit on the counter for ten minutes before being served it. The Thai chicken wraps my co-workers ordered were all soggy and poorly made. The pop was flat. We used to come here every Friday . We will not be returning.
  Don't waste your money here. There are plenty of better/ other places in the mall and along bourbon street.

  Service was ok. I ordered the Primavera Penne and a spinach salad as my side. The spinach salad came with bacon - which it isn't specified on the menue, my fault, I should have asked first. I took it off my plate, the manager came and asked if I'd like another side, naturally I said no because I'm worried they would have messed with my food. I only had two bites of my main dish, it was disgusting! My meal was only $10 but it was so gross that I wouldn't even eat it if was for free!! I will never return to this location again.

  Went on a Saturday afternoon. Very dirty, poor service, and the food is sub par by Boston pizza standards. We went because we wanted to stay with something we knew. This restaurant is sub par to any Boston pizza we've been to. This is a cleaned table and floor to their standards.

  I went there today for some private lunch for myself and my server in the lounge was absolutely amazing! Her name was Meaghan T I think. She was awesome and super friendly. I got my food quick and she made sure to check on me constantly and filled my cup without me asking. I'd definitely go back there for her services.

  Consistently slow and bad service had to wait a long time for food and the bill as waitresses spent most time in the back and didnt seem to care issues. If you wanna go to BPs got to the one across the street much better service there.
