  Was very disappointed that this Tim Hortons was out of potato wedges at 8 pm. I feel like this is a very popular dinner item, especially for people who don't eat meat. It is frustrating as this was basically the only vegan option and they were out of it. Secondly, if you are going to offer potato wedges as a roll up the rim prize it is essential to ensure you have them in stock at all times !!

  When I pulled up to the speaker nobody even acknowledged me I kept saying hello several times while multiple cars were served on the other side. When the girl finally came to serve me no apology was given she even seemed annoyed and said just give your order I'm on a hurry here. And after I got through and drove off my daughter noticed our bagels had the wrong cream cheese on them. So I had to drive all the way back to get our bagels changed. Horrible service and rude customer service and this is not even close to the first time at this location.

  If I could give this place a negative five stars I would, I literally order here at the very least twice a week but it's usually more about 4-5 and literally every single time I order food it's messed up. I am sick and tired of paying for something I cannot eat ans unfortunately their phone number on google isn't the actual phone number for this location so even if you have a mistake you can't call to talk to someone to get it fixed pretty choked about the accuracy of this place it's disgusting actually how little the staff care about accuracy. You guys need to get it together!!! Learn to do the job right. I pay for a specific order not for whatever you feel like making me today.

  I basically never complain, this I have to admit, is unmistakably the worst Tim Horton's in Edmonton. Upon arriving at drive thru, you can wait 2 minutes before hearing from anyone. In store, waiting in line (as the only person in the store) you are often expected to wait much longer, 5+ minutes. I've walked out because of it. The person you speak to is usually confused and uncertain about what is available because they never have a full selection. It's easier to ask what they do have than to ask for what you want and repeatedly be told that they're out. The coffee is more likely to be burnt than any other location.
  It's surely a management issue.
  
  The location is quite clean. The people are polite once they acknowledge your presence. Washrooms and garbages are attended to properly.
