  Their was only one server on the floor during dinner time. It took us an hour from the door to being seated to get all our food and she didn't bring my niece her water until we were almost out the door. I was happy with the pizza but the service was not up to par.

  Pizza is ok. Better than some places. If your ordering take out & you order on-line it's very quick & simple & you don't have to create an account. You can order it as a guest & ask for a time when you want your pizza. Personally, I find my pizza is better when we eat in. That's why I'm giving the 3 stars. I don't believe there should be a difference. When we eat in the pizza seems to have more toppings on it than our pick-up. I've tried the boneless wings & they are good but their Brownie dessert is Super sweet. I liked their old desert option better & so did my kids (I believe it was pizza dough that you dunked in hot sauce). All in all ok.

  The people are very friendly. I have seen people complain and being unreasonable but the staff does whatever customer wants in order to please them. Food has always been great.

  We order alot of pizza and this place is a joke compared to other local pizza places . No toppings or cheese and the pizza is so THIN I don't know why they disturbed me by ringing the door bell they could have SLID the pizza under the door .
  The best thing about pizza hut is the crust .........if you pay extra to have it stuffed

  I came here when the $5, $5, $5 deal was going on, on a Friday night. I ordered the pizzas and came after 15min like the email said. Let's just say that I waited there for another 45 min which is ridiculous. Which location is so unorganized? Ellerslie location is usually better maintained. Some employee also kept cutting me off too for some reason. Other than that, the pizza was greasy as usual, but tasted great! Try to avoid this location if your on a schedule.
