  We went through the drive thru and they did not give me butter or crackers with my soup and bun, which wouldn't be a big deal, but when my husband went in to get me crackers and the butter they told him that they already gave us those thing and quote "why should I give it to you when i already gave it to you in the drive thru" and then told us he would charge us for them. The kid clearly doesn't care about his customers and needs a lesson in customer service. Train your staff!! This isn't the only timmies with customer service problems.

  Absolutely the worst service I've EVER had at Tim Hortons.... the staff were soooo slow and just showed they didn't want to be there.

  I'm giving one star only because I can't give zero stars. The staff at this location take no pride in their jobs, do not care about customer service or quality. On my last visit, I witnessed what I believe to be unsafe food handling practices and when I confronted staff and asked flat out if what they'd done was against Food and Health Safety, the staff smiled, laughed and said Yes. Needless to say, I've never returned to this location.
