  As far as chain restaurants go, this one is very dated inside, but the food quality and customer service is good. We were served quickly and the food was hot. Not much more you can ask for in this type of place.

  Managers yell at customers for miscommunication on menu board. Mighty bucket for one suppose to come with 2 pc chicken, ind. Popcorn, ind. Fry, ind. Salad and drink with either Kentucky flatBread OR 2boneless tenders. They argue with you over the order and demean you as well. The restaurant is dirty too which adds insult to injury. NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN.

  While the food average I do have a few issues, the mens room smells like piss and really wasn't that clean. They close at 10pm far earlier then they should. Bring back corn fritters, I remember ordering them every time I had KFC. The front end of the restaurant looked grungy.

  My family and I were craving some good chicken, and this location was definitely the WRONG location!
  
  First off, I'm a "brown guy" , so there is no need to say, " this is a racist post".
  
  I sat my family down and waited in line to be served. I was behind a gentleman who had barely had his wallet out, as the East Indian Punjabi lady starts to shout "NEXT" "NEXT" , out of respect to the gentleman, I waited untill he paid.
  
  I go up to the counter and place my order and I requested thighs over drum sticks , and I mentioned to her that I will pay for the difference.
  
  I receive my order and was very disappointed , shrunken drum sticks after shrunken drum sticks.
  
  While we ate we could hear their staff rambling and shouting in Punjabi, it literally sounded like we were in Punjab India.
  
  We finished up , cleaned our table and left, I will never ever! Return ! Unless these rude,inane, disrespectful punjabis are gone.
  
  Once again I am a brown guy, so , there is no need to play the race card
