  A few times, I have been left hanging at the drive thru mic. Go to the window and advise them of it and they apologize profusely. It hasn't happened much recently, thank goodness. It's very frustrating when all I want is a tea! I think I have horrible luck as this is not the only location this happens to me at.

  They consistently get my order wrong. I have to repeat my order at least once each time. I frequent here based on convenience but wish they would take more time to either staff more people or train their employees better.

  if want to make ur day worst and disappointment , i recommend to checkin drivethru , I experienced worst customer service and attitude from staff ,eventhough drivethru is empty ,staff in drvethru wants customer to be in hurry and fast for paying ,getting their food , they made me forcebly fast to get my food with some disgusting customer language . never gonna be customer ther :(
