  I ordered a family feast. The lady on the 1866 number took all my info and even repeated it back. All good. Told me 40 minutes. An hour and half later my order still hasn't arrived. Call back and all the info was backwards. I mean dyslexic much. Meanwhile she keeps me on the line for another 30 minutes just to tell me they can not do anything for me. My family finally gets to eat at 830 at night after ordering at 530. BS is all I'm saying.

  Nasty re-fried grease drenched food. Interior of restaurant is dirty, gross and so out dated. I should have not wasted $48 dollars on a fast birthday meal that is going in the garbage. This is not the normal KFC standard.
