  I brought my family here for famous Sawmills Sunday Brunch. I think the restaurant changed their chef which bring sown the level of most main dishes. Beef ribs were over cooked and dry which hard to chew. Basa and salmon were too salty. Shrimps from salad bar were stale. Egg pudding were watery. Juice were diluted even Apple jucie. I feel sad as a loyal member.

  Got the Surf and Turf Duet. $99 for a tough steak, rubbery lobster, and prepackaged sides. Server told us that they can't ensure food allergies can be catered too because they don't make the food in restaurant. "Seasonal" vegetables were terrible and not seasonal at all. Would never go back.

  It's hit and miss here for service and food. Management need to be on top of things all the time, they're not and it shows. One plate hot and the next cold. Kitchen operation needs help.

  Me and bf went to Saw Mill on 18 March to celebrated his birthday, the reception girl was very nice and friendly asked where we want to seat, we picked the lounge area because the oilers game was on but not for the drinks.
  Shorty after we seated , our waitress showed up. After we ask for water for drink , she wasn't very happy (we can feel it from her face). when we got our water, we asked for the birthday promotion (we always go to the south side location before ) she told us there is none, we were shock because we have a loyalty card. My bf mentioned to her we always get some kind of promotion on the birthday, she gave her a huge attitude by saying yeah if you have a loyalty card then you will get a $15 off on the ENTREES!
  We weren't happy about her attitude but anyways since we already there and we love the steak from sawmill so we decided to stay and enjoy our night , we order a 12oz Sirloin and 10oz New York Steak. Our waitress was taking her time to take our order, she spent most of time walking around the other table(ppl were having drinks at the table). Finally we got our orders after we flag her down. When the food arrived we can not believe that we paid $30+ for the steak! (please see the attach photo) the steak we have was medium raw and this is the worst steak we never had! It was super dry inside not juicy at all!
  Anyways we definitely are not coming back to Sawmill anymore, the floor is super dirty , waitress had huge attitude , food are awful ! we would not recommend anybody go there !

  Cozy, private booth...nice and quiet. Prime rib was good, but not great....chewey and somewhat tough, but tasty & juicy - side orders and the red wine were excellent. The Server was the apex of the evening - she was incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive with a great sense of humor - she made our night. So unfortunate that I cannot remember her name, but I would make her Manager in a heartbeat. Overall, a very good night - and if we ever get that server again, we would be back in a flash!!
