  horrible customer service, very cheap when adding meat to any sandwich and when confronted about it, very rude and bad attitude and would not do anything to fix the problem. not impressed at all.

  I am a longer term customer and have become friends with the owners due to the quality of food and service. I highly recommend this restaurant.

  My girlfriend just went to pick up lunch at this location. After paying, while waiting for her meal to come up, a group of men came in and also ordered. The workers made my girlfriend wait until all the men received their orders until she got her order. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!

  I'm sorry in advance, but hopefully the owners will see this review and reconsider their priories and generally how they operate. I quite like quiznos in general, but I will not return to this location even though I work nearby and eat out for lunch often. The people in this location are petty and for that reason I won't go back. They never participate in any quiznos special offers, which is disappointing. Their front door is plastered with a sign reading the washroom is only for paying customers (this seems so unnecessary, there are many other options nearby). And today the last straw, i dared ask to substitute the mayo for a different sauce on the $5 daily deal sandwich, and when i got to the till they charged me full price (almost 50% additional to the cost) and when i asked about it he proceeded to bite my head off that I was actually ordering a different sandwich. After his unwarranted rant about all the other customers asking for the same thing, he reluctantly agreed to honor the deal. I have no doubt their business has gone downhill since a number of alternate fast food options have opened nearby. However, the obvious penny pinching mentality (to the extreme of being unreasonable and to the detriment of the customer service) is probably driving even more people away.
