  We just had their prime rib supper. The meat was tasteless, the carrots and broccoli were just barely blanched and therefore still hard, the yorkshire pudding was hard... I had asked for Horseradish when I ordered and got a cup of mayo. After tasting it to see if I might be wrong, I asked for Horseradish once again. She came back with another cup of mayo. I told the waitress that that was Not Horseradish she went back to the kitchen and came back saying.. they had no Horseradish.
  
  When we left a plate full of food and told the waitress it was THE worst meal we had ever had there all we got was a blank stare and the offer of a free dessert. No money taken off our bill. We will Not be back.

  Burger came all bloody. Sat and waited a very long time for tge food wile it sat and cooled off. Very poor service

  I've become a regular diner at this location over the last several years. During that time, I've had the opportunity to try virtually everything on the menu at least once, and find the food to be consistently excellent, and the portions just right. In addition, I've had everyone on staff as my server, including the charming manager! I'm always greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome and important. I've tried other Ricky's locations in the area, and find that none of the them can compare. I often recommend them to friends , and, when I have guests in town, at least one stop at Ricky's South Edmonton Common is on the to-do list. Excellent dining experience!

  I Visited the restaurant for lunch today almost after an year with my girlfriend. Very warm staff with an excellent service. The manager answered all our questions and was very cheerful. Had the California chicken sandwich which was very delicious. Will definitely be back. I missed the place.
