  Very bad location for service. We went in to grab some lunch and ordered the beef yakisoba with no veggies, the chicken terriyaki with double veggies and 6 piece salmon maki. When they rang up the order for some reason I noticed a $1 charge to remove the vegetables from the beef yakisoba. I go to the edo in the university a lot for lunch and have never had them charge me for this before. When we questioned them they said that they needed to add extra noodles to compensate for the lack of veggies. The guy at the till was new so we asked to talk to a manager. She was very rude to begin with and it seemed a bother to have to come talk to us. When it was pointed out that veggies cost $1 and the noodles cost $1 so why does it cost $1 to sub veggies for noodles (which we didn't actually ask them to do anyway) she just kept waving her hands and telling us we obviously didn't understand. We actually just ended up cancelling our $26 order and leaving as she argued with us for about 10 min without actually giving us any explanation. Its a little crazy that they are willing to lose a $26 order over a $1 charge. I ended up up contacting head office because it was such a poor experience.

  Food was good but the cashier wanted to charge me an extra dollar for my sons drink because there was two of us and we only wanted one drink. She looked at us like we were going to steal there fountain pop! I told her no I was drinking water. We ordered the same dish and they were two different amounts on the plates. Put a bad taste in my mouth for this location! I will spend my money at a different edo!
