  They are too busy trying to rush you through to give good service, have the food hanging out the window before you get there and try to shove it in your face as you try to pay. Food is always undercooked, or cold. If the tea wasn't good (if they're low they refuse to make more) I wouldn't go here ever.

  I'm really sorry to say this because I usually don't mind but I went in today and Doreen had no idea what she was doing and was very rude. She didn't know how to put in a peppermint mocha, I got charges extra because she told me it wasn't a drink and charged me separately for half coffee, peppermint shot and whip cream. I tried to ask another staff for help and she ignored it and said whatever, than Doreen made the mocha wrong and didn't even end up put whip on it that I paid extra for. Please review this, I'm very disappointed

  Love the staff here - have been frequenting for like 6 years. My americano is usually prepared as they see me pull in. Love it.
