  June 17 - drive-through, ordered 2 coffees & 2 muffins, was told to move forward & park and wait. 10 other customers were served their orders after me. No one else was in drive-through line and I finally got my order. Took 17 MINUTES to get my order. Really!?!? It was only coffee and muffins. What is WRONG with this McDonald's? This has happened before but not to this extent. Getting our food order wrong is the norm. Will not be going to this McDonald's again. We've had enough.

  Went to this place yesterday July 19. My son wanted mayo instead of the regular sauce on the chicken sandwich and they charged 60 cents extra for it!! Yet the mayo packets are free!! When I asked, the manager told me that mayo was extra. Since when is mayo extra at mcdonalds? They couldn't get our order right, they don't double check! We had to go back 3 times to get it right!! I also noticed that the other employees seem disorganized and had a careless attitude toward customers, they obviously get it from the manager. They also need better ventilation in the children's area, my kids wanted to go there but no way! The only positive thing I can say about this place is that "James" (the older man with a hearing aid) that's what his name tag said, keeps the place clean, he seems to work continuously and does a good job! I made sure to let him know. In the future I will spend my money elsewhere. That's all folks!

  This place has laughably horrible service. It just took 30 minutes waiting in drive through for someone to even take our order. Me and my friends were laughing and making jokes about how long it was taking having a super fun time laughing because we weren't in a rush. She finally comes on the mic and tells us that we weren't going to be served because we were being rude. We hadn't even said a word to her yet. We weren't even aware of the fact that anyone was even running the McDonald's but we were blocked in so we were making jokes and making the best of it. By the time we got to the serving window. They said don't serve rude people after we just waited 50 minutes to get 2 mcflurries.
  
  Tldr waited 50 minutes in drive thru for 2 mcflurries. Was turned away for making jokes with my friends in the car about how long the wait was.

  This place one the most horrible mcdonald's I have ever been to. NEVER gets the order right, my fries were raw the last time I had them and they are extremely rude there. I stopped for a coffee and a bathroom break and the bathroom was out of toilet paper in both stalls and the toilets were disgusting. When I Came out to tell the staff she says, "oh yeah, we already know." ok, great. Why aren't you doing anything about it? Never go here. So disappointing to get a mcdonalds meal here when you never eat it and this is your experience. Way to go! Keep up the great work.... sarcasm if you couldn't tell.

  Lots of errors for drive through orders. So sad every time my daughter come back home in the afternoon told me they gave the wrong stuff. Customer service is bad. Yesterday I was even shocked when the stuff pointing at a strawberry smoothie and insist it is a mango smoothie. For one moment I had thought I was colourblind! She rudely take the smoothie away after two of her colleges told her that's the wrong one. No apologize and let me waiting for 17 minutes just to get one smoothie. Another stuff make a new one without saying anything and without give me receipt. Their Kiosk don't print receipt and constantly get mistake. I have no order number but been charged on the Kiosk. Very bad experience.
