  I purchased a medium brownie blizzard and a banana split for me and my fiancee, as the split was just all right the blizzard had come 3/4 full of toppings and 1/4 full of ice cream, my fiancee decided to drive back and get a replacement just to be disrespected and talked down too. The replacement blizzard came with 1/4 amount of the REGULAR serving of toppings, and was told that's all she gets. I've worked in the CULINARY industry going on 16 years and if I had an employee that treated a guest like that (the people who ensure you GREAT DQ employees get a paycheck every 2 weeks) would be terminated. We as food companies want all the business we can get, but this was the last straw as there has been other problems/issues at this location, we will no longer be blizzard fans I've heard the Mcflurry has stepped up there game, so we will let McDonald's have our money. At least they can resolve issues caused by them without disrespecting there guest, and my last thought about your great human resources, if some one phones and makes a complaint, maybe just maybe you would try and resolve the issue within the first 48 hours of the complaint not 5 days. Very poor business practice.
