  McDonald's food in general is horrendous. Dry and stale. Their is no air conditioning at this location. Very warm and uncomfortable.

  I should know this by now, but you really need to check the bag everytime. Went through the drivethrough this morning, all I ordered was an Egg McMuffin. Get to work, open the bag and I find 2 hashbrowns. Fantastic. Great way to start what essentially is my Monday morning.

  We ordered 4 drinks and a toy at the window but they appeared to be backed up and they could only give us two of our pops, which is fine I don't mind waiting that much. We waited in the lot for them to bring us our drinks and discovered that one of our pops was diet and the other was just straight carbonated water, no syrup. We waited for them to bring us the rest of our order so we could fix it and they brought us a cookie frappe (I ordered coffee). Frustrated, I had to go in and fix 3/5 things in the god dang order. At least the manager seemed intent to fix it by that point. Would not recommened this location during busier hours. Not "fast" food at all.

  After several incidents of poor service and incorrect orders, I am convinced the employees at this location are not trained properly. Also, I was told that an extra large tea only comes with a single tea bag and will have to pay extra for a second bag. This is absurd.

  I have been frequently ordering coffee from this location (3-5 cups per week) and noticed last couple weeks the coffee has been off. Not sure what has changed there. Switched to South Common location where it tastes like the McD's signature flavour I am used to. Maybe your coffee or creamer machines need a thorough cleaning.
