  I go here quite often & love it. I feel a few items on the menu are a little pricey, but its great quality. Always comes out hot and fresh.
  I think servers should ask or offer to bring water. Sometimes it takes a while to flag someone down and get some., and by that time I'm halfway done my meal.

  Since they opened, Hung Phat has been a source of *INCREDIBLY* flavourful food. One of my favorite dishes is their Sweet & Sour Thai Chili Tofu dish (#121). I order it for lunch with a small rice, and it lasts for two meals! So it is not just the unbeatable, unabashed flavours that makes their dishes worth the price, but also the quantity. Oh! Oh! And their Wor Wonton Soup...and their Ginger Pork...and their...!

  We love this place. The service is great, the people who operate it are super nice and recognise their regulars. I love the curry chicken soup, spicey and savory really hits the spot.

  The worst service ever. The waitress was so rude from the start, even though we were quite polite. Ordered the "Ginger beef (spicy)" from the menu. We got something heavily battered we couldn't tell what was in the middle. And it was really sweet.

  I have eaten here a few times with my wife, but this week was awful. I made a complaint about the salad rolls to the waitress. They were hard, and stale. The noodles inside were not fresh. The waitress argued that they were made in the morning. I told her I was not going to eat them, and asked her to remove it from my bill. She still argued. I went to the counter to pay, then asked the woman at the counter if she removed the salad rolls. She said no, and then explained that they were made fresh in the morning. At this point, the waitress chimed in, and said "if you go to a restaurant and don't like it, you can't just choose to not pay for it." Unfortunately for this restaurant I have to disagree. I have had many good experiences in other establishments where food was comped, or taken off our bill because something wasn't right about it. I refused to pay for them. The woman reluctantly removed the salad rolls from my bill. I paid the balance, expressed my appreciation for removing it and turned to walk away. The staff then immediately started speaking another language after the transaction was complete. I can't help but think they were speaking poorly about me as I left.
  I will never be back to this restaurant.
  Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
