  Please fully train all of your your employees. I tried to claim a birthday coupon and NOT A SINGLE ONE of the employees knew how to redeem it. Unfortunately for me, there seemed to be a manager's meeting at that branch at that time. They were important-looking people who were holding clipboards and talking to each other. The employees were too afraid to interrupt the managers so I had to wait.
  I stepped aside and as many as 10 other customers were served before me. At some point in time I was getting really irate and I wasn't sure if I should just leave or wait some more. I ended up waiting for 20 minutes which is too long for any customer.
  I still got my birthday Big Mary for free and it was delicious. If only the service here was better.

  The staff is super friendly and the chicken tasted delicious. We ordered an 18 piece feast and were told it would take about 10 mins. Which we were okay we really didn't mind the wait and we expected to wait since it was a saturday evening. The staff knew that they were behind and worked hard to keep up with the orders. We were offered complimentary taters and popcorn chicken to compensate for the wait. Overall a good experience with excellent customer service from the staff.
