  Food was bland and horribly blasé. The service was average, if not on the bad side. Another thing, horrible location, located next to a parking garage, and no access from the mall.

  You cannot complain about the service - There was none !
  
  Not sure what to say. The food was good but the service was awful. Really quite poor and not at all what we expected.
  
  It took over 1 hour to get our food once ordered, another 30 minutes to get desert and 20 more minutes to receive our bill. We are not demanding when it comes to service, expect just the normal pleasantries, however that was a challenge at this location.
  
  It appears this is not at all the staff, and more of a Management issue at this location.

  It would be one thing if it was the first bad experience that I had with Famoso, but this one was the worst. I ordered gluten free pizza with a white souce as I am allergic to tomatoes and was served pizza with tomatoe souce. Tthey quickly brought out a replacemnt but after eating a slice of it I realized that it didn't seem like the gluten free crust I was used to, so I asked again and sure enough they had made the pizza with the regular crust. The manager was nice enough to cover the tab, but I clearly had said gluten free crust twice so it shouldn't have happened in the first place.

  Every year my boyfriend and I visit Famoso West Ed and this year was the best time so far! We popped in for lunch and we're greeted with smiles from the very beginning. Service was friendly, food arrived very shortly after ordering, and we even had a little chat with the manager (or owner?) about how much we loved it there! 100% will continue to go back during our visits!!

  Management is excellent at this location. I was late picking up our two pizzas, no ones fault but my own. The owner/manager asked me if I was from out of town and I said yes from Calgary. He kindly said these pizzas are on the house. Even when I tried to pay he didn't accept payment. That is above and beyond service plus the pizza were great. Thank you!
