  Food was great. Atmosphere was very family friendly! Loved the decorations, set up and space. Made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Will definitely come back!

  There were a lot of hits and a lot of misses during our experience. If it weren't for our amazing server Breanne, this may have been a 1-2 star review.
  When the hostess led us to our table on Mother's day, there was no cutlery on the table and she informed us our server would bring it. We originally had a male server that greeted us and took our drink orders and then Breanne took over for some reason. She was very knowledgeable, attentive, shared light humor and handled our complaints/concerns with absolute finesse and expertise. (To our shock and amazement, we found out she recently turned 18!) However, when the food was brought to the table by different staff, we still had not received our cutlery and were left staring at the food. When the first staff member we saw was the hostess, she went and told the original server about the cutlery. He retrieved utensils and on route to our table he ran into some buddies. He chatted with them and shook hands with them whilst handling the cutlery. Once he was done chatting, be dropped the cutlery on the wood table. Did not place them on napkins or apologize for the inconvenience. It was very disappointing(we're by no means germaphobic, but still!!! ) We didn't even bring this to Breanne's attention however did tell her that the Caesar salads barely had any dressing, the croutons were stale and soggy as well as the supposed "hot garlic chicken" was just plain Jane chicken.
  With that said, even when there are disappointing factors, it's amazing how incredible service can compensate for the issues at hand and leave still completely satisfied!
  If management is reading this, GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE! :D

  Typical Earl's but has sick deals on food and drinks for happy hour and after 9pm, even on weekends! Decent beer selection helps too.

  Mediocre at best. I haven't been to Earls in a few years and was disappointed in how it has changed. The menu almost convinced us to leave. Unless you want spicy or hot foods, the menu selections are minimal. 30 dollars for ribs or a steak and you can't even get a baked potato. Mashed potatoes and steak doesn't work. And I'm sorry but potato salad is for a picnic, not a night out. Due to everywhere else having a 45 minute wait and Earls having immediate seating, we decided to stay. The service was good. The food we ordered was okay. Very bland and generic. It was very loud in the restaurant and the prices were high for a mediocre meal. I'll check back in a few years and see if things improve.
