  My wife and I had a great time at Chop. We ordered prime rib and sirloin and they were amazing. Staffs were good, although there is always a room for an improvement, we didn't have much problem. Loved the meat and the atmosphere. We would definitely go back.

  It was my first experience with Chop this evening. I shared it with my 14 year old daughter. We both had a great time. We both ordered the escargot stuffed mushrooms and the steak and lobster. All were prepared to perfection! Our waiter Tim was great. He made sure we were enjoying our meal without being overbearing. He always had a smile and had us smiling too in quick time. The ambience was perfect, not too loud and anything but boring. Would definitely eat here again! Thanks Chops for making the night one to remember for both my girl and I.

  Great place to grab a bite to eat. The ribeye steak was delicious (get it medium rare). If I had my time back, I probably would have substituted the wasabi infused potatoes with vegetables. The potatoes weren't spectacular.
  
  Decent selection of wines. Prices on par with other restaurants of this nature.

  I would like to thank Tony & server Alicia at Chop West Edmonton
  It was very moving experience what they did for me, with all the stuff that's happened in the last week of our life, they showed that there is still kindness out there. I honestly started to cry cause I've never thought that this would ever happen to me.
  Thank you once again Tony it's something that I will never forget.

  The streak was amazing and who ever cooked the cheese cake incredible.
