  They finally got self checkouts and online shopping (Click and Collect). Their click and collect could use some improvements in regards to communicating with customers when they don't have the products you're looking for.

  This used to be a good location. All of a sudden they decide to rearrange the entire store. At a time where the majority of Albertans are in tough times for money, work & time (early 2017). They literally just flipped the store's products from one side of the store to the other. Created extra long aisle's forcing everyone to walk up and down searching for what they need. Basically designed in hopes to get customers to purchase more goods that they might not need. Horrible, horrible business move. You need to create value for your customers not issues. If you were looking to drive your loyal customers to shop at Costco, Walmart or other competitors, good move.. Your customers don't have time for your bullshit business tactics. You can't provide value, then they will go to someone who can. P.S. When do you plan to automate your entire store system? The next company in your industry that does this is going to win. Just an FYI if you want to stay in business..
