  This is an absolutely amazing restaurant. I am very happy that I tried it and I won't go anywhere else when I want a steak dinner from now on. The food was absolutely amazing. As was the service ! My waitress was friendly, fast and knowledgeable about the menu. You can tell that the staff are happy and the people who visit the restaurant are thought about and well cared for. I wont go anywhere else for steak. 5 star experience both times I went there. NOTHING to complain about. Who ever owns this restaurant should be very pleased with the staff, cooks and overall atmosphere/ vibe!

  After having 3 terrible rib eye steaks at the Calgary airport Chop, the blue cheese steak tonight was quite good, but you pay for it. 2 of us had a Caesar salad to start, and both were horrible. some lettuce, croutons, and a white water like dressing that was flavorless. It looked like the android fluid from Alien. I think I'm done with Chop. I can't imagine taking a client, or spouse here to have a steak full of tendons, or a salad with skim milk on it.

  Really good food here. I got a new York strip loin steak and it was amazing. As soon as you bit into the steak, all the juices just popped out! Our servers name was April and she was nice and responsive. I would definitely go here again

  Super good. I always thought Chop was a knockoff steak house, but it's actually excellent. It tries to be upscale, but whatever. Food and service was awesome, good wine list. On par with The Keg and an atmosphere like Joey's.

  We were there celebrating my parents 35th anniversary. Amazing service ! Wonderful staff and the food is absolutely incredible. What a fun atmosphere. They provided us with free champagne as well to celebrate. We will definitely be going back :)
