  I have never in my life taken time out of my day to write a good or bad review for a restaurant but after having an experience like I did tonight I cannot resist. We ordered 50 dollars worth of food tonight at precisely 6:02pm for pickup. The person said it would be ready at 6:40. I arrived at 6:45, stood in line for 15 minutes then was asked to have a seat and wait for my order. At 7:35 (55 mins after food was promised) my name was called. When I got home my wife finds that half of our order is there. Back again I go.. I explain this to them then they say sorry sorry sorry and refuse to give me my money back but offer me a 50 dollar I store credit for my next visit. I gave in and headed home again (finally arriving with my wife and sons dinner at 7:55). We reopen the bag and they have given us ginger beef instead of pork, 3 chicken balls instead of 6 and one of the wonton soup was completely broth with not a trace of wonton. Once again I truly do not condone bashing a business trying to succeed but this place is completely dissatisfying.

  Decided to try somewhere new tonight, won't be going back anytime soon. I ordered the Combo Plate A - not a difficult order... 10 minutes later, the waitress came back to confirm my order. So, nothing has happened in the last 10 minutes? 10 minutes after that, they brought out my husband's spring rolls, but handed me a plate with only sweet and sour pork on it. I thought it was weird that they were bringing me my combo one item at a time, but it turns out they made a mistake. When my combo plate finally came, I asked what the first plate was - they admitted they had made a mistake, but tried to charge me $16 for it since I'd had a few bites waiting for my order. I told them I wasn't paying for it and they could take it back. The only positive was that the portion sizes were quite generous - I had enough left over to have for lunch tomorrow - but it's just everyday, run-of-the-mill Chinese food, nothing overly special about it.

  I have gone to this restaurant several times. Every time I go there the waiting time is very long. The maximum I have ever endured is 1 hour. It was not even busy, and the waitress messed up our order twice. The first time was when she was unable to understand us, and the second time was when a dish had peanuts and we had repeated several times that we could not have that ingredient in the food. When the waitress realized that the food had peanuts, she blamed us for not telling her clearly enough. I believe she did not know English too well. Everyone else got their food before us (4 tables ) and we were clearly sitting there without any food, but they continued to ignore us. Somebody that ordered at the same had received their food 40 minutes earlier than us.
  
  DO NOT GO TO AMAZING WOK. IT DOES NOT RESPECT THE CUSTOMERS, DELIVER THE FOOD IN AN EFFICIENT TIME, AND APOLOGIZE FOR MAKING A MISTAKE.
