  Staff is always friendly, location is nice and clean. The only reason they get 4 stars instead of 5 is the onion rings and fries seem to be old and/or soggy often. Otherwise great place.

  Ok..first it's a standard A &W....it's the staff that earned this one the extra star. Friendly.... Helpful... and Polite. They actually seem to like having you order there.

  It is fast food after all, but the staff makes this A&W much better than the others I have tried.
  
  It doesn't matter what you do for a living as long as you do it well and with a smile. Such a person deserves respect.

  went there to pick up teen burgers for the wife and I, staff seem to be annoyed we were ordering at 9:15 when they close at 10, but we ended up reciving hour old burgers the buns where soggy from the condiments while the meat patty was dry and cold, have gone there several times and always unpleasant got to the point where I won't be going there anymore. Wife did say the frys where warm.
