  Pathetic service. They use to be really good but with the recent changes in staff this place is going down. How can they manage to mess up my order Everytime and how every single time I ask for tea they tell me it will only take 2 minutes and after 15minutes I have to remind them that my tea has still not been served- every single time. 3 times now when I inquired about tea they told me they forgot about it and that the tea they were brewing for me is all empty now- total rubbish/complete nonsense. Shame on the management and the staff for such a pathetic service and no attempt to make the situation rite.
