  Three times now this Tim Hortons got my order wrong. They don't listen carefully to your order and just punch in the closest thing to it, they need much more training. They don't know the difference between a bacon breakfast wrap and a sausage breakfast wrap, an ice cap and an ice coffee, and a chocolate glazed and a chocolate dip.. It is very disappointing to me that managenent doesn't care enough to act on these bad reviews. It seems a lot of people feel the same way.

  Ok, so this is the worst Tim Hortons EVER!!! If you've never experienced anything like bad customer service, try their drive thru and you'll be as frustrated as when your laptop crashes and you forgot to save your progress! staff who do not care enough to listen clearly to take your orders. fussy looking, unfriendly, wrong order, i could go on and on. I was there today and the African and Filipino ladies at the drive thru were so nasty. I'm an African and this is not about race or being an immigrant. The only saving grace for this location is there's no solid competition. This same African lady, during winter, the drive thru was extremely slippery and I told her, she bluntly said 'I'm not the one who packs snow' I replied 'I know it's not you who packs snow but I'm telling you so you can tell the people in charge' The only good person at this location is Aye Maye, her presence was missed when she went to her country on vacation. i wish there was a way one could give this location a zero star

  A nice place to go for breakfast of a weekend morning. Drive-thru is usually packed at the times people are most likely to want it, which makes getting into the parking lot difficult.

  I used to like them, food is alright but for some reason they never get my ice coffee right either too sweet, too creamy or not sweet at all.. due to this inconsistency I switched to different tim's close by
