  I actually give this Tim Hortons ZERO stars!!
  It's unfortunate because it is so close to my house but the service and staff are terrible!!
  The drive through is always super slow and over half the times you finally make it through, your order is completely wrong.
  I just arrived to work this morning and realised my entire order is not what i asked for once again.
  I'm finally fed up enough that I called to talk to the manager and the staff is somehow mad at me?! as if i have done something wrong by being upset that they screwed up my entire order once again.
  I will not waste my time stopping at this location again. I rather drive five mins down the street to where the staff actually understands the difference between bacon and sausage.

  I love Tim Hortons and just like many Canadians I spend quite a bit of money there. It's unfortunate that customer service has dropped so badly that the workers can't even smile anymore or be friendly to the customers... Don't work in customer service if you aren't going to do it properly. It makes me drive out of my way to go to a different Tims which is only slightly better. But in -30 I'd prefer you don't hold my hot coffee out of the drive through window to get cold which I maneuver my vehicle up to the window in the snow. Thanks I'd love to pay for a colder coffee than I should have received!

  The employees do not speak English in front of customers and I find this quite rude. I'm all for having an enjoyable work place, but I find the employees here are quite unprofessional and at times even loud and obnoxious . While dining in, I personally saw 4 people in line walk out because no one was at the register to take their order. So I got up and waited in "line". One employee finally comes out from the back. I had to inform him 4 people just walked out because of no service. On a separate occasion I had to leave the restaurant because of no staff to take my order. I have to go to another location now because of their horrible service, which is a shame because it was walking distance from my house. I have contacted upper management and there is still no change. You are in the SERVICE industry, there is no excuse for this ridiculous treatment of customers.

  Not once in the 6 months of going here on my way to work or any other time for that matter, havery the staff ever given me a correct order. When mentioned that my order was incorrect, the staff became very rude and ignorant! 99% of the time, they are only concentrated on drive through in the mornings, with only one person running while the rest sit in plain sight in the back, playing on thier phones! Fed up and lodging a complaint with head office!
