  Regularly get my coffee and breakfast here but I will never be in again! After time and time getting horrible food today was the straw that broke the camels back! After placing my order and going to the drive through window I was told to wait for my hashbrowns. Waited 10 minutes for my hashbrowns. Order was brought to my car. It's a good thing I looked in the order beacuse guess what there where no hashbrowns! I went inside to get hashbrowns. I was ignored for a good 15 minutes until I had to ask for help. I told a staff member my problem. I seen fresh cooked hashbrowns right there and was told I could have three hashbrowns instead and choose a doughnut or muffin instead. I left with my three hashbrowns and a doughnut. To get home with breakfast finally over 45 minutes latter. Open the bag to burnt food ungrilled breakfast sandwiches. Bacon wraps which where burnt. The hashbrowns I finally got where soggy and full of grease not four of them but three and a doughnut. A farmers breakfast wrap that was not even a farmers breakfast wrap but a burnt sausage and egg wrap with no sauce on either wrap. My two coffees have no sugar. They are burnt and are cold. Teas are luke warm. I called the store asking to speak to a manager was told " I am a supervisor I will talk to you" I told the supervisor my entire story as to what happened. She then said to me in a very snide and rude manner what do you want me to do about it. Not a question as looking to fix the problem but a stamenent as in so... What is your problem. She then told me the store owner and manager will be in and will deal with my problem.
  Thank you for wrecking family breakfast on a busy Sunday morning Tim Hortons. I will not be back unless you make it right.

  They kick out homeless people that pay for a coffee... wtf also if u go inside u have to wait about 5 to 10 min to be served then they usually get the order wrong or run out of stuff. Drive through also sucks ordered an ice cap and got a cup not even full for 3.77...0 stars!

  It does the job for a Tim Hortons serves coffee and Donuts. The staff seemed a little stretched, but I always think it is good to show some warmth in service even under pressure. But I did enjoy the dark roast coffee so it gets four stars.

  Absolutely terrible!! Went to this place with friends and ordered "triple triple " coffee, they gave me a cup marked with "TT" on top of it (triple triple) but there was one cream & one sugar inside!! The coffee was cold no taste at all, I've spoken with the worker to fix it she refused.
  My friend ordered a sandwich, soup, and wedges as they posted it in the screen for $6, they charged him $8.38!!! I've spoken with the worker again and asked to talk to the manager, the problem was NOT fixed after they did the calculations and they KNEW that they're charged me MORE than the price posted on their screen!
  VERY bad customer service, unclean place, rude staff. NOT RECOMMENDED, WON'T be back there anymore... lesson learned.

  worst customer service, if there is a ZERO star, i would rate them ZERO! this morning, there was a lineup in the drive thru for about 10-15 minutes, ok i can understand, it is a busy store, they took my order of dark roast coffee. fine, when i am about to pay, they said another 5 minutes wait because they ran out of dark roast coffee! RIDICULOUS! they expect me to wait for another 5 minutes? That's why i go to drive-thru because i am in a hurry going to work! what are their manager and their staff thinking!? The Manager here should be fired in an instant! They waisted my time so i did not pay and left the area and drove to a nearby Tims which has efficient staff and way more faster lineup - I am talking about the nearby Tims at Esso Gas Station!
