  The stores have been reducing the number of hot items after 9:30pm through out Edmonton according to employee that was there no chicken, no wedges finally gave up had a cold sandwich not really helping to warm up. The Dark Roast tasted like it was old. There was tons of cars going through though, guess people are just buying regular Tim Hortons coffee because of the roll up the rim which is not bringing in customers interested in other items. I never get anything from the roll up the rim, only run into cranky customers.

  This Tim Hortons runs like a well oiled machine! I'm always impressed with how quickly the lines move when I stop for a coffee. The dining room is usually very clean as well.

  Friendly, fast service and the staff are always eager to resolve any issues that I have. Sometimes I receive French Vanilla Cappuccinos that are only 2/3 full because they have excess foam. When I tell them about it I am credited right away. Great food too!

  One of the nicest timmies I have ever been to. Great staff ! I had lost my wallet at this location drive thru which had so much memories and valuables. They actually mailed it out to my address. That is so sweet of them to do that. I never had thought would get it back or realized where I lost it. They are the best !

  I go to this Tim Hortons very often, at least 2-3 times a week. Before there was hardly ever an issue with my order and the service was great. But as of lately, I have almost stopped going there because of how disappointed with the service I am. Every time I get the same thing, a sausage breakfast sandwich ADD BACON. Every time I ask them to make sure there is bacon on it. 2 out of the last 7 times I've received bacon on it!! That is FIVE times that I've counted in the last couple weeks that I've paid for something I didn't receive, and the 2 times I did receive it are only because I checked before I left and had to have them add it!!! I'm not sure if it's an issue with staff not being able to read or if that's just how Tim Hortons conducts business these days, but I can tell you I definitely will not be getting my breakfast there very often anymore and I will be checking it before I leave every time.
