  Just went to get a bagel took the bagel in because it was barely toasted, literally the bagel was just warm to get the bagel the exact same way they made it the first time. After I asked for a toasted bagel!!! They also had no care they weren't eating it. Worst Tim Hortons I've ever gone to!! Never again!!

  the staff charged me .25 cents for a strawberry jam that I did not order. I talked to the manager on the phone and she asked me to return the store to get me refund. Rude service . the manager did not try to make my experience smooth. need better managements.
