  This Tim Hortons has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The employees are rude and extremely slow. I ordered a breakfast wrap and specifically said no sauce about 5 times to the girl taking my order. She didn't put it into the till and I could see on the screen that she didn't. I told her no sauce once again and she just looked at me and walked away. Once my order was done a different woman handed me my food and I asked if it had sauce on it and she said no. I trusted her since she's the one who made it and when I got home I looked and it had sauce on it. I don't know what's so hard to understand NO SAUCE. This isn't the first time they've messed up my order before. One of the worst Tim Hortons for customer service.

  Have yet to have an enjoyable experience at this location. The experiences are usually full of disappointment, from either the food you ordered​ not available once you've ordered and paid, or the food is messed up. I have received orders wrong, burnt coffee and so much more. Won't return.

  This has to be the slowest Hortons in Edmonton. The staff are very, very rude. The morning staff wont even look at you, let alone say a word to you. This place needs new morning staff, bad

  This is the closest Tim Hortons to my residence and it's really frustrating the amount of times my order got screwed up. You can really notice how they try and rush every order which causes the workers to be in panic during high traffic times. I really suggest that management studies a strategic plan for clearing order's quick with no mess ups.
