  I don't appreciate when I order food that I get to the window and they're literally throwing it in my car if you expect to have good customer service you need to work on your people skills

  One of the worst timmies in edmonton. The management staff is slow and lazy. They care more about getting out of the store when the clock hits closing then they do about customer service. I have been to this location over 20 times and each time it gets worst. Tim Hortons has great service and food and this location does it no justice. All the staff has zero customer service experience and skills.

  The orders are accurate, the service is fast. The reason this Tims gets a 3 star review is because it's happened two times now where I'm trying to pull out my debit card and the guy rests the machine on my car window. Wait a whole three more seconds and I'll be ready. If the machine were to damage someone's vehicle from it slipping off I'm sure they'd be pretty upset.

  I rate this place great! But today's experience was bad. As I was paying for my order the Manager was yelling to hurry up either to his employee or me? I asked his problem he jus said "go, go". I didn't even receive my order yet!! The lunch hour drive through was a bad experience. That's not the way to treat people...
