  Expired Cream. Stay away. I'm sick and tired of the quality becoming poorer at almost every location. Once , alright, twice, getting upset, third time in a row and my coffee still tastes as if they use buttermilk versus cream. I've complained and still the same quality. I'd rather pay the premium and go to Starbucks or Second Cup. I'm done sending complaints and receiving no response.

  These Timmie's are hit and miss, overseas staff struggle. Some don't understand what you want, hard to get good quality out of these places. Food portions keep getting smaller and smaller. Then again, they all do it.

  This place is ridiculous! 3 times in a row they have got our order wrong and gave us cold food! Hire some quality staff because your stupid little Asian girls are killing your buisness. Why does the tims closest to my house have to be such a joke! Sincerely, one of your pissed off customers!
