  Lady doesnt understand after repeating 7 times by 3 different people asking gor the same thing ,, is 24 degres we ask for cold ice cap she gives hot coffee and they dont have nothing at all not even a bagel !!! Her english is really bad and service was poor , if im craving food i would rather drive an hour to find another tim hortons than going back there !!!! Worst place ever

  Unfortunately this is our local/closest location. We have visited 3 times in the past 2 weeks (during Roll Up The Rim,) ordered English Breakfast tea each time and were told they had none. I missed out on a possible winning cup. Right after that experience today, we heard other customers being told the bagel they ordered wasn't on the shelves.
  In future, we will drive all the way to 184Street/Stony Plain Road where it is always well stocked.

  There is always something missing in my order. Today I have got 2 combo steak sandwiches from drive true , it didn't have half a steak we usually get and it was burned. I am really disappointed and wiIl never go back there.
