  They have messed up my coffee order a few times and not very quick with drive thru service ..I go to the esso timmies drive thru not far from this location.

  Good location with lots of parking but not kept very clean. They also close down many of their menu items well before close.

  I go here a lot since its so close to work but I agree with a previous reviewer. They never get their drive thru orders correct. I always politely let them know but a few months back they got my order incorrect and missed an item. She barely apologized and didn't offer anything. I finally sent an email to head office because enough was enough. They called me and apologized and thanked me for letting them know. They also offered a $25 Tims card which I appreciated. I did not complain to get something out of it I just wanted them to know. Anyways even after all that I still get my orders incorrect. My breakfast wrap is either missing sauce or a hash brown. I know mistakes happen but come on!

  Disorganized service , no jalapeno in the turkey jalapeno , cherry cheese danish one out of five stars. Even though I told them I was eating in - they didn't offer a tray and served coffee in a cardboard cup

  I was few times there because it is close to place where I am working. My orders were never completed as I asked. So I did not go there for some time. Today I decided to go again because it is convenient location for me. I ordered double-double at drive-through, and was disappointed again, because it was watery and did not have any smell off coffee. Maybe I just don't have luck with TH.
