  Commenting on the takeout service: Christmas eve 2016, 20 minutes before closing, I called in an order for meals for my family and they accepted my order. I rushed over and picked it up at 15 minutes to closing. They were very nice about it and I was very super appreciative. Great business transaction. Thank you so much!!!!

  I order to pick up.3 meals with fries and 3 extra fries.right homemade fries . The worst I ever seen they look like McCain microwave for 2 min then pack to go. From now I'll order on line it come from down town but the food is cook. Unreal to send unready fries white and soft .Need a new short order cook to make the fries that chick as no clue what she's doing .June 4 .4:30 pm .noe you know when and who cook them now fire her ass

  Ordered food. After an hour and a half of waiting we called to see the status. Got put on hold for 10 minutes. We decided to hang up and order pizza. Pizza and Swiss chalet showed up at the same time. We sent Swiss chalet away. When I called to see if they could do anything they offered me a $5 coupon. Will never order from here ever again

  This is a great place for chicken and ribs. The food was very good, service was fast, and we really enjoyed our visit. Would come again.
