  wish I could give it a zero. The waitress hastily greeted us halfway between the table and the entrance and sat us at a table with no menu's. We waited for a minute while she dealt with an off duty employee eating there. We we're there for the special anyway so our order was quick. She offered white meat and didn't say there was an upcharge but I figured there was anyway. I wanted to downgrade to dark meat for my order and the server refused to change it saying she already punched it in. Then when my wife wanted a re-fill on her coffee she ignored er at first then the second time we asked she said sure but went and helped the other table anyway. On her way back my wife was fed up and ready to leave and said she didn't want a refill but the server went and filled it anyway. My wife went out the door and I stayed to pay the tab. The server asked what was wrong and I told them my chicken was dry and the service was bad and she tried to fix it as my wife was already out the door when all I wanted was the bill. I called the manager to complain and she said the server did nothing wrong and raised her voice at me so I hung up and said I'm never coming there again.

  First, we had to seat ourselves and there only 3 tables with people.
  
  Lower than McDonald 's quality, long wait times.
  
  Our waitress took my drink order and walked away. I had to call to her to come and get my friends drink order. Gave me only; a glass of water. No one else. Interesting service.
  
  She is too busy with 2 elder couples and us I guess.

  We have ordered delivery three times from this location, only because it is the only location that it will allow us to order delivery from. Everytime they have messed up simple orders. We order rarely, but always hope that next time will be better. This time will be the last. We ordered mashed potatoes with gravy and a lemon meringue pie with my meal, we recieved fries and coconut cream pie. I dislike their fries, and am allergic coconut. So when my husband called and the woman on the phone asked if we wanted them to send the missed items out, he said yes if we could get the items quickly. We were assured they'd be on the next car. 2 hours later we called back and were told sorry no other cars ended up going out and delivery is now done for the night. We were not informed we wouldnt be getting the items. Thoroughly dissatisfied.

  i have had it with this place. last 3 times they missed up my food. tonight i order to meals. half of it never showed up. food was cold, bun was soggy in sauce. everything was just thrown together then to top it off there was hair in the food. when i wanted my money back they refused they wanted the food back. its hard to give food back that i didnt get in first place. after waiting 2 hrs for it. before i forget the apple pie was also smash and draw. i really wish a health insepector look into these guys along with head office.

  Fast service but extremely poor quality. I ordered half rack of ribs. First the new Kickin Fried chicken . The chicken arrived over fried & burnt. THe ribs were even worst. exterior was luke warm, interior ice cold. THe waitress was pleasant and willing to help but not very familiar. When I told her she asked if I wanted it reheated. I explained that there's a chance of food poisoning or Salmonella due to it not being propely cook. She went & got a new very fresh order. Koodos to her Otherwise a very bad location. Nothing like commercials
