  My service was great. But there was a lady with her son ahead if me. The kid ordered a panini and only wanted lettuce and cucumbers. The lady told him he wasn't allowed to have either on his panini as they had to press it. So they pressed the panini and then they kindly asked her to open it up and put cucumbers and lettuce on. She said she's not allowed to do that. She wasn't nice about it either. Very rude demeanor.
  
  Good customer service is a lost art. I worked for subway for 7 years and I wish I could sit down with the owner of this location and teach him what being a manager is really about. Give your head a shake.

  This Subway is the worst i have ever been to. They always give less meat on purpose. Really stingy on vegetables even when you ask for extra, and on top of all that they try to charge you for a more expensive sub. The workers are rude and smile at the fact they're saving a slice of meat. They don't even care that they lose customers. AVOID THIS SUBWAY. They're in the business of pinching pennies not satisfying customers. This has happened every time I've accidentally stumbled in for years. I always try to go to the riverbend location

  Bought a sandwich here and some of the cold cuts have green stuff in it (mould)
  
  A staff was using a cellphone holding it with a plastic glove that she didn't bother to change to a new plastic gloves until I brought it to her attention when she started handling the bun
  
  It's so gross!!!
  With these 2 separate incidents I'll never go back to this location

  Worst location ever!
  When I went in to buy a sub, I had to wait a while before they acually got to me even though there was like no other people in the shop. They gave me some lettuce and later when i went to look inside, I saw nothing...
  Customer service sucks and they try to save money who ever they serve.
  Never going back!
  STAY AWAY!
