  Quality here has gone down in the last year. The bread was not fresh, it was crunchy and dry. The vegetables are dried out and not crisp. Overall just a terrible sandwich.
  
  The staff were prompt and made my sub efficiently. Which isn't a bad thing, but they didn't say hello, they didn't smile at all, and they didn't tell me to have a good day at the end of the transaction. I really wouldn't have cared about the mediocre service if my sub didn't suck so bad. I won't be returning to this location for a while.

  Food was good but service was terrible, "sandwich artist" huh right... Was very impatient I ordered 45$ worth of subs and they gonna rush me cause they wanna go on break or something so when I said mayo she just grabbed the light mayo and went to town on 2 of my subs before I could say that's not right one... Then gave mad additude when said I'm not paying for them unless remade... Not my fault u rushing and just put light mayo when I clearly said mayo.

  I usually like this place. I came in last week and ordered the hailed Panini thinking they would make it like every other sandwich. Nope. The next thing I know I'm being handed a sandwich I had no input in making.
  
  I asked if they could open it up and put some BBQ sauce on. I was told no, the sandwich was sealed forever. (Hint, it wasn't.) They consoled me by giving me a take out dip container full of sauce to dip my bun in. It just gets worse, but I won't bore you.
  
  Everyone makes mistakes, but when asked to fix them, please don't argue with your customer! Especially about a couple toppings and sauce.
